Dear Signis India member,

Greeting of Christmas.
We had our Signis India Governing body meeting at Citadel Chennai on 2nd and 3rd December 2015.  With all the hardships due to floods we had fruitful meeting.  As per the decision at the meeting, I am sending you the following:
01 Report SIGNIS INDIA Governing body meeting 2nd & 3rd December 2015 at Citadel, Chennai.
02 SIGNIS INDIA CONSTITUTION - Amendment   - to be finalised in SINA 2016.
03 Signis India Audited Statement of accounts for the year ending 31st March 2015.
04 SINA 2015 at Patna – Minutes.
05 SIGNIS INDIA Trust Deed - Draft 1.

I request you to go through all that is sent here with. Please give your feedback in writing by 10th February.

The process of registering Signis India is at the final stage. For the smooth functioning of Signis India as association has felt that the registering Signis India as trust is better. The draft of the Trust deed is prepared and is sent to you. Please go through it and give your comments. As its VERY URGENT NEED of Signis India, We will be taking this matter on Priority to discuss. We will be taking this issue on the First day (23rd Feb) of SINA 2016, in the evening. The voting right members from the region should be present on the first day itself.

The registration for SINA 2016 has already started. Few have already registered. Hope to get more participation this year. Those who have not registered do it at the earliest.

The last date to receive the projects at the National office is 15th January 2016.I request all those who have written the projects or intend to write in the future to attend the Assembly.  There will be one session on Project writing and Screening.
