Signis India National assembly 2016 began on Feb 23, 2016 with solemn Eucharistic celebration presided over by Most Rev Dr Aloysius Paul D’Souza, Bishop of Mangalore Diocese. Bishop Salvadore, Chairman CBCI OSC and other Priests concelebrated. Bishop in his homily enumerated the responsibility of media persons to foster the family Values through the media content.
